This is your basic full hook up space (water, sewer, power) that will fit the biggests RV's. The property used to be for seasonal farm workers in the area but now have long term tenants. You will find a couple manufactured homes and a house, and all who live there are very friendly and have lived on the property for many years. The guy who lives in the house repairs RV's and sells them. You won't find anything fancy here just a functional space with nice neighbors. It is also a popular urban fishing destination. 1. RV's must be in good shape and fully functioning. 2. Pets are NOT ALLOWED for their safety and that of the animals. Dogs are prey animals in the eyes of an Alpaca and they will kill a dog if it gets too close. 3. No Smoking or Vaping. 4. No Generator use, we have 30 amp service. 5. Quiet Time 9pm - 8am
