The guy who lives in the house repairs RV's and sells them. You won't find anything fancy here just a functional space with nice neighbors. Wilson Springs Pond is half a block down the road. This 55 acre nature area offers many walking paths and is home to many birds, both resident and migratory. It is also a popular urban fishing destination. 1. RV's must be in good shape and fully functioning. 2. Pets are NOT ALLOWED for their safety and that of the animals. Dogs are prey animals in the eyes of an Alpaca and they will kill a dog if it gets too close. 3. No Smoking or Vaping. 4. No Generator use, we have 30 amp service. 5. Quiet Time 9pm - 8am
