Plenty of Ouachita’s endless hiking trails can be accessed from the byway. Kayaking the incredible Kiamichi river can also be on your agenda. Privacy camping with bath houses and lake Eufaula just down the street! Camping can be in a hammock with trees close enough to hang your hammock, there’s ample room for up to three 2-man tents, pop up camper or even a small RV. Parking available for two vehicles in the drive way. There is a picnic table with a bench on each side, there's a trash can and inside is a bucket for restroom at the land. When I camp I set up a privacy area with tarps to be able to use for the bathroom and changing. A double fire pit for different cooking areas and lots of broken branches for burning. Keep alert of the burn ban times and never leave a fire burning when you leave. Feel free to get creative with the space for your camping adventure and have lots of fun!
