The old office has been completely remodeled, now housing air-conditioned private bathroom and shower for your convenience. We’ve also added an air-conditioned coin laundry room to make your stay even more comfortable. For those looking to explore the outdoors, we offer horseback riding and hunting opportunities on the adjacent ranch property we acquired.

We are overjoyed that you viewing our property. I was born and raised right here in Cache, Ok. The city of Cache sits at the foothill of the Wichita Wildlife Refuge and Mountains. Triple Ace offers Full Hookup Camp Sites with picturesque views of the Wichita Wildlife Refuge located just 5 miles from the entrance into the mountains and only a few blocks from the start of the bicycle trail that runs through out the refuge. Come enjoy our beautiful views, wake up to a vibrant sunrise and end your day with a astonishing sunset followed by peaceful stargazing. Still to this day my kids favorite thing to do is sit around the firepit, listening to the crackling firewood and seeing who is first to spot a falling star. At Triple Ace Campsites, we are located just far enough from the mountains to have cellphone service and we offer free WIFI so you can still connect with family and friends during your adventure.

Lawton Marketplace has a few fast food options, as well as Target, Academy, and TJ Maxx to name a few. Just a short mile from these shops you will find a Walmart and several large chain Restaurants.
Fort Sill Military Base- 12 Miles
Fort Sill Military Base serves as home to the United States Army Field Artillery School as well as the Marine Corps site for Field Artillery MOS School and is 1 of 4 Army Basic Combat training. Fort Sill has a great museum on site that is accessible with a visitor pass.

The Happy Acre is our home which sits on an acre of land on the edge of our quant, lovely little town of Vernon, TX. We are conveniently located as Hwy 287 runs directly thru Vernon. We are 45 minutes from Wichita Falls and 3 hours from Amarillo, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Oklahoma City with the Oklahoma border being 30 miles away. There are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. We have plenty of space and offer both primitive and RV camping. We are pet and human friendly as long as all of well behaved!
