Bathrooms area available with rental. There is a large open indoor space to shelter from inclimate weather.

Bring your 4-wheeler or ATV, the park is across the street.

The property entrance is located 250ft from the “Welcome to Collins” city sign (green and white). The building is white w/ a large sunroom on the across the front).

The skoolie is equipped with running water, washing machine, shower, heat, ac, bunk beds, California king, and Mormon bench pulls to a large bed. Compost toilet for the camping experience, but glamp with the luxury of a tv and wifi. Parked on a level concrete spot, with an open acreage area.
