Water, electricity, and a flush toilet are located very close at the Christmas tree lodge.

When approaching do not use the gps if it sends you on a dirt road, but keep driving until you see a blacktop road and let it recalculate - from I-70 take 81 north and 106 east to Justice Road. We eovide codes for the lockboxes that contain keys to the electric. Make sure to communicate with your host!
