We are nestled in a rural agricultural setting yet close to stores and conveniences. We raise and train horses and work all day to exercise and train our horses as well as run the day-to-day aspects of running a large horse property. Our equestrian facilities include individual paddocks with attached runs (12’ x 52’), automatic waterers, feeders, rubber stall mats, a 200' x 300' outdoor sand arena, a 72’ x 120’ indoor arena, two round pens (one large), numerous trail obstacles, large-scale permanent outdoor obstacles, an outdoor washrack, as well as parking, port-a-potty, arena bleachers, and picnic table areas. Nearby activities abound from visiting rodeos and wineries to trail riding at sunset near waterfalls or hiking painted desert canyons. There are wildlife refuges to visit, hot springs to relax in, wilderness mountains to explore, scenic rivers to raft, railways to travel along--and North America’s largest concentration of breeding raptors to dazzle you. Looking for a quiet spot with country views and Alpacas? Murphys Point Ranch is located 3 miles from historic downtown Nampa located in the heart of the Treasure Valley. MPR is a small pocket farm that started with a Lab and a few chickens. The Alpaca herd has grown this summer with the first baby of the season born in June. There are 16 total with 5 babies. We have fresh pasture raised eggs for sale from the 60+ chickens. Meeting the animals and farm tours can be arranged in advance. Our 4.5-acre farm has been transitioned into a sustainable Idaho farm and is 100% solar powered, including one of the first electric tractors in the state. Wilson Springs Pond is half a block down the road. This 55 acre nature area offers many walking paths and is home to many birds, both resident and migratory. It is also a popular urban fishing destination. 1. RV's must be in good shape and fully functioning. 2. Pets are NOT ALLOWED for their safety and that of the animals. Dogs are prey animals in the eyes of an Alpaca and they will kill a dog if it gets too close. 3. No Smoking or Vaping. 4. No Generator use, we have 30 amp service. 5. Quiet Time 9pm - 8am
