Beware the two barn cats, one gray named Cat-Dog because he greets people like a dog, follows his owner everywhere outside and is a very old Tom. Meet the retired folks who spend time with the Alaskan Malamute service dog and the chickens; perhaps one of us is in one of the shops; the blacksmith, or the carpenters, the gardening or the beekeeping shop. Beefield is just down the road (South) from the Ogeechee River for fishing and kayaking.. Brooklet is 6 miles for grocery and restaurants, fuel and pharmacies.
