As this property was in full demand, another property became available to buy. As interest began to increase, the family decided open up the options for their visitors. At this current date, they have four cabins and a yurt, as well as, tent sites. We are excited about the yurt that was completed in August 2019. They are looking forward having another cabin in the near future. Learn more about this land: Spend a few days in a yurt on the bank of the Canoochee River! Locate a few miles from a small town. An ephemeral wetland runs along the south of the property with a seasonal wetland along the southwest. The overstory of the forest is dominated by loblolly and slash pine with a few longleaf pine sprinkled in as well as turkey oak, live oak, laurel oak, and more. The property has two tent sites and one car camping site that can also accommodate a small camper. There are designated campsites with fire rings, but if you are the only camper during your stay you are welcome to set up camp wherever you would like. We have two miles of trails through a variety of ecosystems that can hiked or biked. The Neature Preserve is all about restoring native habitat!
