If you are looking for a full farm-to-table experience, Buckingham Farms is 20 minutes from us and is a 85-acre farm with fresh produce grown hydroponically! We are also about 20 minutes from 31 Produce/Cracker Shack Cafe which is a local U-Pick farm that has seasonal fruits/vegetables available, as well as a restaurant, farm animals, and "gem mining"! With just a 1 to 2-minute drive, we have two parks, Nalle Grade Park and Pop Ash Creek Preserve, for those who enjoy nature walks, fishing, or birding. There are also a handful of other nature preserves and parks in the local area that are around a 20 to 25-minute drive! We have an amazing location to share AND we also have neighbors to the left, and across the creek. We value and respect them. We wish to share our space with quiet and mindful campers. The property is 0.5 acre. As you will be parking in part of the large driveway area, or under one of the oaks near the fence (depending on the size of your rig). We can be available to help/welcome you, and offer local guidance if you like. **A sweet but fearful rescue dog lives here and at this time we are not allowing any other animals to camp or stay on the property.** NO DOGS WHATSOEVER. You will be made to leave if you violate this condition. ***Our acceptance rate is lower because people with dogs, 5 people in their party, or no onboard facility of their own submit booking requests, which we must decline.

Reserved for vacationers with RV’s from 26 to 38 foot. I live on the property and I have two horses, Koda And Lacey ,one dog Uschi And a Cockatiel named Cowboy. The horses have free roam of the property, and there will be manure on the property. It will be cleaned up regularly. The business Amazing Tails doggy daycare & Boarding is also located on the property. I only take care of 6 to 8 dogs at a time. If you have a dog, you’re welcome to use the facility. You will be given the combination to the gate once you are a member of our family. Use the code to enter and exit the property. The monthly fees include 50 amp electric and municipal water. A septic tank is on the property and an RV wastewater tote will be provided for your use. Gray water can be run on the ground do not release sewer water on the ground Releasing sewer water on the ground will result in immediate eviction. Campsites must be free of litter and trash. All items must be removed or disposed of upon your departure. No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval Quiet time is from 9 PM to 9 AM. This is a quiet, peaceful community, and we asked that you observe the quiet hours. There is a washer and dryer on the property. There are only 2 sites on the lake filled with ducks, cranes, Blue herons and 3 turtles. And before you ask, there are No Allegators!! No, why is that wrong? You’ll be in the country yet close to all the modern conveniences and the beaches!
