He is a Sailboat Captain, happy to take you cruising on the open sea or fishing for local catch, as well as a Master Carpenter with experience in plumbing, electric and mechanical handy work. He specializes in renovating small spaces such as sailboats and RVs with his attention to detail and meticulous woodwork, so you can leave not only rejuvenated, but renovated! We are 5 mins to Indialantic beach and .5 mile to the Indian river(great fishing). We are located 1 mile south of Historic Melbourne Village with plenty of shops and dining options. Be a tourist, live like a local.

NO Septic available unless you have portable tank to empty yourself. Have pasture and barn for boarding horses for an extra fee, and have dogs and 2 outdoor cats on site. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views, safe roads for walking, and you can see rocket launches right from the yard!

We are located on a deadend road with minimal traffic and seperated from the neighboring property with plenty of bamboo for privacy. Just outside your coach door you will enjoy a view of our acre pond stocked with plenty of fish. The community firepit is a relaxing area to soak up the sun or socialize with others. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within four miles. All accessable via bicycle on marked bike paths if that is your preferred method of travel. All our sites have 30&50amp electrical service and water, NO SEWER.
