Our property, though small, is a heavily wooded, botanical dream totally geared for outdoor enjoyment & living. We have a greenhouse of tropical plants and function as a microfarm; just steps away from the ocean w/backyard chickens for fresh eggs, salad greens, herbs, fruits and vegetables grown year-round. You will find a fenced communal pool area, outdoor shower, bathroom, 2 covered porch areas, including outdoor kitchen space, minifridge, gas grill w/side burner, TV, Wi-Fi and hammock(s). This is shared space although we will always ensure your privacy and will do our best to stay out of your personal space throughout your stay. We are 420 friendly and don't mind well behaved pets as long as you assume all responsibility, are careful with them and clean up after yourselves. Quiet time 10pm-8am. The property is geared more toward adults as many of our plants are poisonous, sharp or have dangerous spines, especially if wandering off the main paths and walkways. Safety is a priority; because of this, we ask that you do not touch our plants and stay on the main paths and walkways when enjoying the property. The RV parking site has a 50 amp (30 amp adapter) RV power hook-up. There is also a 15-amp outlet (120V) at the site you can use as well. There is potable/city water hook-up, but no blackwater sewer services or blackwater dumping on the property. Your site has a dedicated shaded sitting area surrounded by bamboo and palm trees for your personal use secluded in the front yard. We're in a safe, residential neighborhood in a wonderful, unincorporated, beachside community, less than a mile to Walmart, Aldi, Walgreens, countless restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and the Indian River Lagoon. Our ocean access boardwalk does not offer public restrooms, parking or lifeguards, but there are several parks nearby that do. The Home on the property is an old concrete block Florida beauty built in the 40s, used by your hosts as the perfect sanctuary for yoga and massage. Sophia (your host) is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, and owns Sophlow Yoga, a Local Yoga Studio and Surf School. She loves gardening, and has a complete apothecary of herbs, salves and tinctures for your daily needs. Both she and her boyfriend are Native Floridians, and are more than happy to share local knowledge of their home town of Wabasso Beach. Marshall (your other host & Sophia’s other half) is an avid waterman. He is a Sailboat Captain, happy to take you cruising on the open sea or fishing for local catch, as well as a Master Carpenter with experience in plumbing, electric and mechanical handy work. He specializes in renovating small spaces such as sailboats and RVs with his attention to detail and meticulous woodwork, so you can leave not only rejuvenated, but renovated! Both of your hosts hope to give you the vacation experience of your dreams, and will support with any services they can, or by simply leaving you in peace.

My neighbors and I have beautiful birds, you'll be able to hear and experience so many beautiful birds. Pitch your tent in beautiful trees with sounds of exotic birds and have your own picnic table. Fire pit potable water, toilet and shower is available in beautiful Rv on site. Come take a dip in the pool and cool off under the Florida sun. There is flush toilet and shower for you to clean off as well.

Weekend Trip to Wekiva Falls RV Resort

The site was great, had a view of the lagoon, it was near the store and bathroom. My site was all brick paved which was a bonus, kept all my gear clean. I probably had the tiniest camper at the whole resort. The resort offered the guests many amenities. Everyone I met was very nice. The resort was not far from bicycle trails and paddling on the Wekiva river.

This is a great resort with plenty of activities. Our site was easy to set up and close to the facilities and pool. The staff planned lots of weekend activities. I was only transiting the area for a race so I couldn't take part but everything looked great.

Weekend Trip to Beach Island Retreat Indialantic FL

Review Hipcamp 24.-26.5. Lisa and Derek are the best hosts, super-nice, generous, flexible and friendly. We had to push our reservation to the next day on very short notice, and they graciously accommodated that. They greeted us like friends, and treated us to super fresh fish caught by Derek the same day, and delicious eggs laid by their beautiful backyard chickens. Their yard is an oasis, a true little paradise with lush plantings, a very nice pool and inviting patio area to relax in. My personal favorite features were the wonderful outdoor shower and the little secluded seating area in the bamboo grove by "our" driveway. And, of course, the chickens ! The location is great, too, it is literally a 5 minute walk down the street to the beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and stores- the area has a lot to offer, and Lisa and Derek were happy to share their inside knowledge. We highly recommend this super- cool hip camp retreat!

Weekend Trip to Twin Oaks Garden Retreat

If you are looking for a chill vibe with old Florida charm and convenient access to the lagoon (a 5 minutes walk) or the beach (a 5 minutes drive) this is the place for you😃🚣‍♂️🌊. Sophia is very easy going and fun to be around. Her and her partner, Marshal, know all the best surfing and fishing spots. Just ask.

1 night at Twin Oaks Garden Retreat

Sophia is a lovely host, Twin Oaks has a cool surf vibe. Sophia hooked me up with electricity and water so I could plug my van in for power and fill the water tanks. location is perfect if you are visiting the Sebastian Inlet area. Tiki Bar a few minutes away! Sophia teaches surfing, yoga and has a small massage studio on the property so you can book a massage after your surf session! It’s a perfect Hip Camp if you’re looking to park your van for a night or two very close to the beach. They just started hosting campers, but it will just get better over time.
