We are building a labor of love and would love to have like minded folks joining our community by staying in Red Stripe Rhonda on the creek or our cabin on the cliff- The Little B. The 1950's Bellwood trailer could not be more charming with wood paneling, 1950's styling and positioned right overlooking the bridge on the creek. The tiny house is a luxurious stay for hipcampers. It boasts a loft with queen size bed, and secondary loft with an additional mattress upon request. There is a full kitchen with fridge, gas stove/oven and sink. Enjoy a bath in the soaking tub or a quick shower in the bathroom, which also has a composting toilet (don't worry, it doesn't smell!) and sink. Relax on the couch or outside in your private sitting area that looks into the national forest. Electricity, wi-fi, and heat included. The tiny house can sleep 4, although may be better suited to 2 if you don't want to be rubbing elbows.
The Property:
The tiny house is parked nearby the main house on the property where we live. We are at the dead end of the road, and the property abuts National Forest with trails for miles and incredible views of nearby peaks. We have three dogs who you may hear occasionally, but who live in their own fenced yard attached to the main house. Though we live on the property, the tiny house is your own private space and we'll respect your privacy during your stay. Neighboring houses are visible from the property in one direction. The other direction all that can be seen is trees, mountains and sky. There is space to pitch a tent next to the tiny house for additional hipcampers.
Please note, we sit at about 8600' elevation which means in the summer you can enjoy a good 10-15 degree temperature drop from the flatlands. Ahhh.
In the winter, it will also typically be colder and snowier.
Be prepared for the altitude and be sure to hydrate (and consider drinking less alcohol than you normally tolerate) so you can remain healthy and enjoy your stay.

My partner and I loved our stay at the tiny house! The sauna setup and giant windows were really the selling points for us. Was also fun to hand-grind coffee to be more present. The aspen leaves changing were an added bonus! There were two other sites on the property, but the folks staying there were friendly, and it was overall still a very peaceful place. 10/10 recommend for a little weekend getaway for two.

10/10 would recommend. We had a wonderful time staying here! It’s so beautiful and peaceful. It’s in a residential neighborhood, but you’d never think it. The cabin is in its own area with an herb / flower garden and we loved hammocking. Beth was very kind and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay and answered any questions we had.

I loved this little cabin! Cute little getaway spot for couples. Giant window to look out at the beautiful aspen trees, not difficult to get to, quiet and peaceful. The place had every basic thing you need is provided. I mostly enjoyed the heated floors. Lots of wild life and we saw a giant moose once we got up there! My only thing was the mattress wasn't that comfortable, but my partner and I have bad joints so memory foam beds don't work with us. Overall it was a great stay and very special thing for my partners birthday :)
