There is magic and more than that in the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Surrounded by ancient and contemporary human history along with lots of room left for modern exploration ! The hard part is choosing what to do in the day before enjoying the night sky after.Learn more about this land:Secluded camping spot back up against a small mountain and a canal outside Ft.Garland, CO . Very private w/few to no cars passing by ever. Very few neighbors in site at all. The site is close to the canal with room for two tents and a vehicle down by the site and one at top . Pack in pack out human waste as we are close to a water source . Follow the wash located next to the heart with an arrow up to the second pinion tree and you will see the secret camp toilet . Open both lids to secure bag when using the restroom and seal the bag closed when done each time and take sealed bags home please as critters will find there way in ! Please clean toilet seat after use . Feel free to explore the property and check out the many critters and wildlife running around and an unbelievable night sky on a clear night. We are very close to a reservoir with great beaches , the Sand dunes and the town is only 8 mins drive for supplies ! It’s magical out here . We are still actively making the road and clearing out unwanted vegetation so just watch out for cacti . Welcome to King Jackelope No Fence Camp !

This 3+ acre property located in the Rio Cucharas Subdivision is situated just north of Lathrop State Park and just west of the town of Walsenburg. The property is surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges and boasts stunning views of the nearby Sangre de Cristos, Spanish Peaks, Silver Mountains, Sheep Mountain, Little Sheep Mountain and Greenhorn Mountain to name a few. The property is located on Cielo Azul Dr (identified as Cello Azui Dr on Google Maps) and has well-graded dirt/gravel road access. There is a dirt driveway off of Cielo Azul Dr to access the property (2WD accessible). Lathrop State Park is located only 5 minutes south of the property and offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, boating, fishing, water skiing, wind-surfing and general relaxation on the beach. The lake features a number of species of fish including rainbow trout, walleye, catfish, blue gills, tiger muskies and the regrettably names crappie. As you drive onto the property it gently slopes upwards and then flattens out for some nice camping spots and beautiful views of the surrounding area. The property is in a very quiet and secluded area where you will not be bothered by noisy neighbors or busy roads.

7 nights at Agapé Valley Colorado

I absolutely LOVE spending time at Agapé Valley. Steven and Kayla (the owners) are incredible kind, open and welcoming people. I've been living here in my 14 foot RV for about a week now and have nothing but love for this place. I am in the Eros area with easy access to shore power and water from my own spiggot! I love exploring the land with my dog, sitting in the suana or ice bath, having clean bathrooms, showers and even a kitchen! I am 20min from downtown Westcliffe which is an easy drive or about 45min-1hour from Pueblo. The views of the Sangra De Cristo mountains are unbeatable...

Weekend Trip to Agapé Valley Colorado

Great campsites in very pretty valley with great views. Host are very kind and check in if all is ok. Kitchen and toilet/shower areas are clean. Zipline and swings are a plus for kids. You can relax in a couple of hammocks with great views.

Celebrated my 40th birthday with a night in this super glam and very unique stay. Austin was super communicative on directions and hosted us so generously upon arrival. I loved the mix of camp/wilderness/nature with the glam of the dome/lighting/art. Super fun one!
