Camp right next to the river and feel the peace of the water flowing and the bright stars in the sky. We are located 7 miles from Estes Park and a short 15 minute drive to the east entrances of Rocky Mountain National Park. Crosier Mountain trailhead is right across the street from our land. Walk down and grab the best cinnamon rolls at the Glen Haven General Store. Bring your own tents and sleeping bags for one of the best camping spots in town!

The first time I saw this beautiful heavily wooded 12-acre property, I immediately put in an offer. That was 18 years ago. I spent the next 11 years chasing corporate goals which I finally realized were inconsistent with my soul. I started a family and decided to sell this property. What a perfect spot!! Stayed here with a friend while we were on a national parks road trip - the cabin was perfect for two people, with a comfortable bed and the kitchen necessities. The hot tub on the porch was a perfect way to end a long day of hiking. Would definitely stay here again!

Right by a river, and a road but it was not noisy for us in a camper van. Porta potty on site. General store down the road but does not open until 9am in September so we didn’t get to go. Scenic drive leading up to the site. We had no cell service so prepare ahead of time!

What a fun night! I took my 4 year old for an over nighter and it was perfect. I didn’t have to pack much since so much was provided and ready. We had a nice dinner, played in the woods, enjoyed a fire then had a great nights sleep in the treehouse. Thank you Deborah!

I loved camping on this site with some friends! We had 10 total people and it was the perfect size for our group. Easy to find and only 15 minutes from Lake Estes. The picnic table, trash receptacle, and port a potty made our load light for our one night of camping. Heidi was responsive and detailed, and has a great spot with the river. As far as noise, we only heard a few cars pass by when in our tents that weren’t a real bother, but the sound of the water was peaceful to fall asleep to. Listen to the cinnamon bun advice! We wanted more than 6 buns so we had to order the day before (definitely do!). We enjoyed being right by town to walk to grab any last minute needs. Next time I would love to dine at the bed & breakfast in town for dinner. Overall, Heidi was a superhost for us!

Weekend Trip to Cone's Riverside Canyon Cabins
The place was very clean, and tidy, everything you could need for a few days away was provided, the wildlife was abundant and the jacuzzi was decent. There's wifi and TV but we never turned it on because we were just loving the chill vibes of the trails, and private deck.
We loved our stay in the Ever After, we saw wild turkeys, bats, elk, and more. The bed was comfy and the fans provided were a nice touch.
The only downsides were the long black hairs stuck to the towels and shower curtains- I have short blonde hair, the slightly loud drunken neighbors in the next cabin over, and the broken tiles on the floor- you should wear slippers to be safe. Overall a great little getaway for us!

Fantastic spot. Heads up, GPS took me to the wrong spot about 300 ft down the road. So just a warning. Not at all the fault of the owner obviously. Cute cabin, outstanding animal activity going on from.bays, to flying turkeys roosting, all kinds of fun. Everything clean and we did our best to leave it clean too. Great communication. All around. Love this spot and we'll be back fur sure.

What a wonderful experience! We took a 40’ motor home in and out easily. It’s also close to the main road in and out. Tommy and Tiffany are both wonderful people, very inviting and the camping spaces are quite private and quiet with views of horses in a pasture and goats occasionally herded one way or another. The community is awesome, very welcoming, and the onsite Rigby’s offers good food and great live music.
There is a new small building with restrooms and a shower in one of them. Electric, up to 50amp (bring an adapter if you are set up for 30 amp) and water hookups. Dump station right next to property.
Definitely recommend. I will go here again
