My family and I stayed for 2 nights. It truly is magical. Marni and Frank are wonderful hosts. The boys loved visiting all of the goats and horses and seeing the llamas and alpacas. We can’t wait to come back in the summer time!!!

This Magical Treehouse and land were everything my family needed and more!! We could not have asked for a more pleasant and peaceful retreat! Marni gave us a rundown of the facilities, and we couldn't have imagined a better stay. From the whimsical hand-crafted beauty of the actual treehouse around "Pal", to the amenities (including games/fun, cooking utilities/supplies, Wi-Fi/TV accommodations and plenty of warmth and cozy blankets and pillows, even full working bathroom facilities), down to the quiet starlit nights including a fire pit on the patio to keep warm while star-gazing! My son especially loved visiting and interacting with the extremely affectionate and friendly free roaming animals we got to interact with and became especially fond of, even giving our own little names to each, as they greeted us kindly several times each day. Only complaint was that we couldn't afford a longer stay!.. as each of us were sad to leave and say goodbye to the relaxing and intimate natured feel of the place, and our very welcoming and accommodating hosts. We felt secure even in the peaceful darkness around us knowing the host's dogs were looking out for us into the night. We will definitely be returning next season for a longer stay if welcomed, as Marni/Frank were on call for any questions or needs, we had throughout the stay, and were exceptionally kind to us as well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience to get us "away from it all" and the delight of bringing nature closer! XOX

From the moment we arrived, it was love at first sight. The drive in was an adventure all its own, winding through breathtaking scenery with panoramic views of the Horseshoe Reservoir below. And once we pulled up, the real magic began.
Cody’s RV was everything I had envisioned—rustic charm meets thoughtful comfort. What truly surprised me, though, was the impeccable attention to detail and the well-appointed amenities that made the camping space feel like a retreat. Perched above a million-dollar view, the RV came stocked with fantastic extras: kayaks, paddleboards, and a cozy firepit that lit up our evenings under the stars.
This was my first visit to the site, but it certainly won’t be my last. The property was spotless, the experience unforgettable, and we enjoyed every moment to the fullest.

We had a cozy weekend playing ping pong and darts! Loved the beautiful animals wandering around and the fenced in area for the kids and dogs. Tons of creature comforts while still felt like we were glamping in a treehouse. The kids loved playing games under the glow of a lantern at night. We will be back!

Tree house magic (Pal) was full of life in so many ways! We went during the winter in December and it was amazing with different sources of heat thought the house! The tree house was perfectly warm and cozy. Truly a place you can make yourself at home. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. If you have dogs this place is great, as we brought 2 dogs, dachshund and pit bull. Plenty of space and entertainment with great views. I cannot speak any more highly about this place, as I wish we could have stayed longer than 4 nights. Highly recommend, 10 out of 10 gnomes!

This place was absolutely amazing. Whether you enjoy being inside or out this is a place for you. If you go in the winter like I did, there are propane heaters or fire pits no matter the area you want be in. The stars also where simply amazing. Great stay would definitely recommend.
