Most importantly, you will be glamping with a cause as 100 percent of the earnings go to our rescue horses (we are a 501c3 nonprofit). Our glamp site digs the rustic lifestyle, with facilities that will make you feel like a true outdoorsy champ! For now, our sustainable off-grid approach means we're keeping it simple with our very own eco-friendly and charming porta potty. We currently do not have running water, or electricity (we do provide battery powered lights and a reserve battery for the coffee maker) but don't worry, we've got big plans to expand and offer you even more glamping goodness in the near future!

It is close to downtown Main Street in Longmont, but offers a quiet, country setting with beautiful views. We do have a full plum orchard to the south, and recently started beekeeping to produce our own Colorado local honey. Along with a beautiful sunrise, guests may see hot air balloons launching to the south, sheep and horses to the north and east. The property used to house a saddle store. Because of this set up, it was a perfect environment to offer RV campers and trailers a private, safe and great place to stay. Learn more about this land: 2 sites offer a country setting with city convenience, grocery/gas, hospital in short distance. Every site has its own picnic table, fire pit (yes, you can have campfires), Free Wi-fi, RV 30 amp plug and level ground. Front range access within 20 minutes, 40 minutes from Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park. Seasonal access to ski resorts, trails and much more. Property has full view of front range to the west. Minutes away from Union Reservoir to the east. Reservoir amenities include swim beach, dog beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, pontoon rentals & playground. Minutes away from Ute Creek Golf Course to the north. Colorado Meadows & Fishing Pond

Learn more about this land: Elevation 7,000 feet. Flat to slightly rolling grass field and pond. Camping is allowed on east or west side of pond. East of the pond area has *firepit, picnic tables and chairs. Camping on either the east or west side of the pond in mowed grassy areas only. Vehicles are not permitted over berm, which is access to the east side of pond. Walking access only. Please adhere to this requirement. A small wagon is available to transport camping items. Tents are allowed on either west or east side of pond. Trailers and campers are only allowed on the west side of the pond in the mowed grassy area. *For the 2024 season there if a Fire ban in effect. This Fire Ban is required by the local fire department. No fires, charcoal grills, gas firepits, gas BBW, gas stoves, smoking, or fireworks are allowed. Please consider other options when on the site. This Fire ban is strictly enforced. Any violators will be asked to leave with no refund. No Port-a-Potty on site. Campers, trailers or guest portable potty only. No vehicles over berm area (access to east side of pond). No exceptions. Pond available for fishing. No swimming, wading or watercraft of any kind on pond. Children and pets must be supervised at all times and water safety strictly adhered. There is a small country market in Larkspur for light meals and coffee, about 3 miles away.. There is one horse on site at this time. There may be cattle within one of the pastures, as well. Please do not enter the pastures. The entrance to Sandstone Open Space with hiking trails is approximately 1 mile north on the west side of Perry Park/Highway 105. The Renaissance Festival is approximately 3 miles from the property.
