So bring your toys and smiles! 4 miles north is the quaint and historic town of Grand Lake, which hosts multiple shops, restaurants, and a variety of year-round special events. Just 5 miles away is the west entrance of majestic Rocky Mountain National Park. Several miles to the west is Idleglen parking and trailhead for miles of horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, OHV, and snowmobile fun. Just 10 miles south is Granby, and less than 30 miles to Winter Park, "Colorado's favorite" We offer RV sights with full hook ups, some include power and water, and some are dry. There are 9 available lake front sites. Dillie Docks is under new ownership and a complete remodel in progress. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding with this exciting process.

It is close to downtown Main Street in Longmont, but offers a quiet, country setting with beautiful views. We do have a full plum orchard to the south, and recently started beekeeping to produce our own Colorado local honey. Along with a beautiful sunrise, guests may see hot air balloons launching to the south, sheep and horses to the north and east. The property used to house a saddle store. Because of this set up, it was a perfect environment to offer RV campers and trailers a private, safe and great place to stay. East of the pond area has *firepit, picnic tables and chairs. Camping on either the east or west side of the pond in mowed grassy areas only. Vehicles are not permitted over berm, which is access to the east side of pond. Walking access only. Please adhere to this requirement. A small wagon is available to transport camping items. Tents are allowed on either west or east side of pond. Trailers and campers are only allowed on the west side of the pond in the mowed grassy area. *For the 2024 season there if a Fire ban in effect. This Fire Ban is required by the local fire department. No fires, charcoal grills, gas firepits, gas BBW, gas stoves, smoking, or fireworks are allowed. Please consider other options when on the site. This Fire ban is strictly enforced. Any violators will be asked to leave with no refund. No Port-a-Potty on site. Campers, trailers or guest portable potty only. No vehicles over berm area (access to east side of pond). No exceptions. Pond available for fishing. No swimming, wading or watercraft of any kind on pond. Children and pets must be supervised at all times and water safety strictly adhered. There is a small country market in Larkspur for light meals and coffee, about 3 miles away.. There is one horse on site at this time. There may be cattle within one of the pastures, as well. Please do not enter the pastures. The entrance to Sandstone Open Space with hiking trails is approximately 1 mile north on the west side of Perry Park/Highway 105. The Renaissance Festival is approximately 3 miles from the property.
