A very open-minded and logical atmosphere, indeed. Every day can be Halloween or Mardi-gras, therefore, adults only. 20 acres in total. 5 acres are "developed" providing 6 Full Hook-up R/V sites. There are another 15 acres "out back." (undeveloped, sand dunes and seclusion if desired..... easy 4wd access.)
