Once an asparagus farm for Heinz, the property was left neglected for over 25 years.

 They started to convert the land to a lavender farm when they realized that there was more that they should do to enjoy their journey, hence; they incorporated the camping to share this beautiful location with others. From majestic sunrises to magnificent sunsets, The Meadows offers not only a calm and relaxing atmosphere gained from the Lavenders growing, but also provides a central location to all of the California River Delta venues and experiences. From local wine tasting to boating, fishing or just enjoying the nearby collectic towns, 

 Bring your tent, trailer, or motor home to enjoy the heart of the California river delta. Each campsite is extra large for privacy and room to spread out. Dog-friendly.

 Walk the streets of our historic downtown and

visit the small shops and locally-owned restaurants-- Manny’s Barzzeria, Mc Broodery's, Pineapples, or Peters Steak House. Of course, don’t miss out on DeJacks our country store that stocks it all!! Spend the day at the public fishing docks, kayak for the day in the delta waters, or head over to Sherman Islands epic wind/kite surfing areas.

Local year-round festivals abound in the Delta and The Meadows is strategically located central to all. Our small town of 800 people will truly give you the feeling of being out of the big city!

Set up and camp with us at Leisure Street Winery. The natural beauty will provide for a picturesque scene, while the riparian area provides shade and respite to a variety of wildlife including birds and coyotes. It’s in this beautiful and historic setting you are invited to create new beginnings, renew connections, or simply enjoy nature’s grandeur.Learn more about this land:The RV pad is located in the heart of the Central Valley nestled in Roberts Island, a little slice of heaven between Stockton and Tracy. This dry camping site illuminates natural beauty throughout its farm with a variety of setting, including views of Mt. As the only camper, you will have privacy with up to one other camper on the pad (located on clay tiles). This land is part of a working farm. If you're interested in a tour of the farm, the owners can give you a tour of their almond, tomato, and hay ground upon request. Also, you can arrange a visit through the owners to visit the cows at their cow pasture or gather farm fresh eggs at the chicken coop. There is a lot to do outside the farm as well. You can take a hike to Mt. Diablo, go wine-tasting at the Lodi wineries, fish along the Delta waterway, bike along the countryside, go off roading (OHV) at Carnegie SVRA and much more (just ask!). We allow well trained dogs on site. Also, we have access to potable water upon request.

Welcome to Little Knopp's Bakery.  Nestled in the heart of Suisun Valley California, we offer a short stay "RV safe harbor" for our RV community.

Five minutes from the Armory Museum, Jelly Belly Factory, Camus Winery and a dozen local wineries.  15 minutes from Great America, Nut Tree Factory Stores and Napa.

Little Knopp's Bakery offers traditional European baked delights and is open Wed-Sun.

The property offers scenic mountain range views, and local orchards and vineyards.  Property sits next to well-traveled road so please expect traffic noise and tractor activity.
