Upon arrival, navigate the side road and execute a turnaround to seamlessly park in designated spots, some of which boast level terrain. A brief hike may be required to reach the site, offering scenic views of captivating drop-offs. Adjacent to our location, a flowing creek provides an abundant water source for bathing using solar showers and refilling the bathroom toilet if needed. Spanning 8 acres, certain sections are exclusively reserved for Tentrr, currently undergoing demarcation. Please note that in the fall (August/September), the surroundings tend to be arid, so it's imperative to bring an ample water supply for your stay.

Redbud Cottage

Redbud Cottage is a fully furnished non-smoking cabin, able to sleep six adults and set amid our 160 acre nature preserve near Arkansas' lower Buffalo River.  Area attractions are nearby - the Buffalo National River at Buffalo Point and the historic abandoned mining town of Rush.  And for those who only wish to relax and recharge surrounded by the natural beauty of our Ozark hills, we offer a spacious screened deck, covered picnic area, outdoor fire pit, and complete privacy.

The cottage is well furnished, very private, and includes convenient outdoor outlets for overnight electric vehicle charging. We're in close proximity to the Buffalo River at Buffalo Point park and also the historic mining town of Rush, and access to Redbud Cottage is along our private and well-maintained one-mile gravel road. The cottage has two double beds in the lower level bedroom as well as a queen bed in the upper level loft. A futon couch in the living room folds out to a double bed, as needed. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils of every kind. Both the stove and refrigerator are full size, there is also a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and the kitchen table seats six. Bed linens, towels, pillows and blankets are supplied. The bath is a tub and shower combination. There is a charcoal grill in the yard, but please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Enjoy our screened deck, covered picnic area, and outdoor fire pit and there is ample level parking for vehicles, canoes, and other outdoor gear. We  offer Satellite TV.  The cottage is air conditioned for your comfort, and gas heat assures comfort year round.

Gathered around the fire pit is a great way to spend the evening.

Our dream for the last 20 or so years has been to own a place and invite people in to reacquaint themselves with nature and relationships. This area has so much natural beauty and our land is in a great location to experience it all. Centrally located, you can go in any direction and experience the beauty of Gods Creation, and just relax and get away from the business of life for a while

Lone Pine Forest

Learn more about this land:This is a quiet ten acres, that is surrounded by more forest and fields. The property could be a challenge to get to, if you’re on a small two wheel drive vehicle.  
When you drive through the gate, you will drive up until you see a broken car cover, that’s where the property starts, but if you proceed, you can reach an unfinished cabin and stay next to it. There is a fire pit and areas for tents. 

Blessed Valley

The land was purchased in 1911 by the local carpenter and farmer 👩‍🌾 David Martin.
Rumor has it he built the original house and the barn which was become known to locals as a land mark “The Big Red Barn."
Mr. Martin is said to have also built most all the barns in the area, including one such barn which sits on property across the highway, he built while he had a broken leg!! This amazing old barn can be seen from Blessed Valley. Snowball Branch starts less than a mile up stream and runs across the North side of the property..
