Our desert retreat is just that-desert. If you like to off-road, BLM land is close. But really we just enjoy the landscape and stars and the sunsets. Plenty of space between sites. We have a nice 29ft trailer for those who need lodging. There are two full hook-up RV sites and if you want to dry camp in your van or RV, water and a dump station are available on the property.

Our property is just seconds away from the open desert, offering easy access to the great outdoors. Plus, we're only a minute or two from the river's free public launch ramp in Parker, perfect for water adventures. One of our spaces is covered and can accommodate RVs up to 13 feet tall, providing shade and protection from the sun. The second space is ideal for smaller travel trailers and also offers some shade from the afternoon sun. Whether you're traveling with friends or seeking a private getaway, our RV spaces are the perfect place to build lasting memories. We only book one party at a time, ensuring you have plenty of space and privacy during your stay. Enjoy the shade, extra parking, and complimentary WIFI, as well as access to a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bringing your boat or other desert toys? No problem! Our property can accommodate your outdoor gear with ease. Please note that when booking on this site, you'll be reserving the covered RV space. The closes town would be Brenda AZ just west of highway 60 they have a store you can get the essentials. Lake Almo is 55 miles away to the east. The Colorado River is 43 miles to the west. Quartzsite is 24 miles west.

It has great access to the desert trails, most are right outside the property including access to the wash. There is a local bar and restaurant, Ocotillo Lodge. Its near to the town of parker which has all your large stores and amenities and Lake Havasu City is within reach. Bouse has plenty of space and low light pollution so amazing skies at night!
