Talladega National Forest beckons with nearly 400,000 acres of sprawling wilderness, from dense chestnut oak and Virginia pine forests to the granite boulders and high peaks of Cheaha State Park. Check in at improved campgrounds with back-in RV sites and amenities like full hookups, picnic tables, free wifi, firepits, and bathhouse access. Days are best-spent rock climbing at Rock Gardens, hiking to Laurel Falls, and mountain biking on the Cheaha Express Trail.
