We have four sites with 30 amp RV power. One new site with 50 amp RV power (no pictures as yet)
PLEASE NOTE:
There are no outhouses/washrooms on the property, you must be self contained.
Site 1 is in our opinion the best site but not the easiest to get in with a larger rig but have had a 43 ft unit in there.
Site 2 is fairly level and grass area. Back in only.
Site 3 is fairly level and grass area. Back in only.
Site 4 is also fairly level and grass. It is pull through and offers a view of the lake.
There is plenty of room to park tow or pull vehicle.
Should one need there are leveling blocks available to use located to the right of site 2.
The sites now have numbers either on the power posts or the panel box for ease of locating your spot.
NOTE for 2025 water is not available at the sites as new lines are being installed. Water to fill your tank is available at our house. At present three of the sites have water feed from our home with potable water via garden hose. You may need to connect your hose to the supply line to reach your unit. When weather permits, early spring and late fall may not be available.

Paul is an absolute legend, with an easy relaxed and welcoming vibe, he is a great Hipcamp host. The space he shares with campers is stunning: from the brightly lit stars overhead, different types of terrain to explore and a beautiful lake for swimming and boating (he lends some out to campers) it’s the perfect get away from busy city life. I camped very comfortably with my small kid and then had more family come join us there! Thank you so much for the good humour and hospitality Paul, twas such a delight, hope to book in again next year! :)

We had such a great time camping on Paul’s property. The land was beautiful, the water warm, and Paul was so welcoming. We all enjoyed the paddle boards, and a few of us kayaked to and from the island. We swam, we hiked, we tanned, we paddled, we had fires, and we set off fireworks.

Don’s place is a private little oasis. - a world apart from the busy sometimes congested RV camps. You’ll find lots of space, greenery, a rolling meadow, quaint beach with shallow warm water, fire pits, wood delivered to your spot, well kept grounds, quiet atmosphere and best of all a welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable host. I’m a new Rv owner and travelling as a single female. The RV seemed to be overheating, and as I stood there on my phone with the hood up in a little panic Don and his longtime friend and coworker Dave appeared out of nowhere. He explained the issue and even how to fix it crawling right under the rig to show me. Notably, I felt very safe at “The Ranch”. Very impressed with the quality of this place and its host. A gem off the beaten path.

Site four has a great view of the lake along with power. We had pleasant and relaxing 3 days on site. We were lucky the fire ban was off during our stay so we enjoyed a couple of fires. Our host Don was great and met us when we arrived. He allowed us to fill our trailer with water so, we didn't have to haul the water to the site. This site does require some leveling if your staying in a trailer, we would recommend that you bring some blocking. Overall great experience Thx Don!

Awesome! Quiet! Remote! At first you think, Paul clean up the place, but then you realize this is a third generation site. Paul’s grandfather could have piled that fencing there. The homestead is a three generation scrap book. Of our 12 day camping trip this was the best site. Paul is a kind and generous Spirit.

We were the first persons this year. We had such an amazing time.
The lake had still some ice on it but we could use the kajak, pedelboat, sub, ... We spend the whole afternoon just chilling there. Exactly what we needed. In the night you could hear the wolfs so that was pretty cool too. The host was very friendly and offered us some water.

Excelent property. Well taken care of with some beach front views. Beach is fine sand and grass lots of open lawn area. The dogs loved it with the property being welcoming of off leash for dogs that behave. Don and his family and neighbours are genuine and welcoming. We had a great deal of help from Don while stuck in a muddy area with the wrong tires. We found Don to be quite knowledgeable about the RV life experience and the pride in his property shows. We would like to come back at the end of the season if we pass back through. I would highly recommend this property
