Just off the river on Highway 9, Blue River Campground offers river (you betcha) and stream fishing between the larger Green Mountain and Dillon reservoirs. From nearby Silverthorne, you can photograph some amazing scenery like Buffalo and Red Mountain, along with Mount Silverthorne. You’re welcome to swing by anytime from Memorial through Labor Day.
