This campground actually has a fully staffed little store for sundries and firewood.

This is a beautiful campground along oak creek in the canyon of its namesake. It's only a few miles from sedona, so it's s great place for a basecamp. There's also a few trails accessible from the CG itself. It is a bit higher in elevation than sedona & mostly shaded in the pine forest so it is much cooler than sedona proper. Get there early because sites go fast.

Cave Spring Campground lies just along the 89A in Sedona and is perfectly situated deep in the canyon. During summer months, Cave Spring can be a great place to rest between hikes in West Fork canyon, slide rock, or as an in-between pit stop before the 89A climbs up to Flagstaff. The campground has reserved spots (around 12) near the creek. The showers (4) are well maintained, as are the toilets around the campground. From the campground you can take walks along Oak Creek through old house ruins. During the fall, the canyon where the campground sits, comes alive with foliage and beautiful weather. During summer months, try to arrive early on the weekends as the campground fills quickly.
