Cape Lookout Campground
Description
Welcome to a sand spit that’s cradled by the Pacific Ocean and Netarts Bay. Welcome to the salt-air splendor of lush coastal forest. Welcome to the Cape Lookout campground, where bountiful beachcombing hours are logged and cliffside ocean-view hiking miles are covered. Pitch your tent at one of the sites (38 of which have full hook-up) or get cozy in a yurt or a deluxe cabin. All sites feature fire rings, picnic tables and paved parking and nothing is too far from hot showers, flush toilets and firewood. Cape Lookout is year round, with cabins and yurts ever more appealing as the season shifts from warm and breezy to crisp and starry.

Had a fantastic tent stay in A-56. It is next to a low beach entrance. One shower per bathroom but a proper shower building in the C-1/2 loop near the yurts for kids. A quieter tent loop in A loop without all the noise from diesel truck campers.
How do I reserve a campsite here? I can't seem to find where I can. Please help!!!
Quite a drive down to the entrance but so worth it! The views of the water are breathtaking!
Book early! Dog beach starts at A51.
Fun campground right on the ocean. One dune between campground and the beach. Sand dollars and crabs all over the beach. Lovely spot to watch the sunset. Wooded campsites and open sites available. Flush toilets, water, and water disposal available. Trash and recycling only at campground exit. Picnic table and fire ring at each site. Be careful with wild animals - very daring raccoons kept trying to take our food at night.
