farm fresh eggs, homegrown garlic, misc spices, complimentary regular and decaffeinated coffee, tea bags
pots, pans, air fryer, coffee pot, toaster, and itchen appliances shown
Guest access
A guest has access to the entire house and 19.75 wooded acres. The driveway is gravel, hilly, bumpy, and not plowed in the winter. it is West Virginia - wild and wonderful!
Because the owners also use the property often, a portion of cabinets that hold some of their non-valuable, convenient items are locked and unusable to guests
The woodburner stove is non-functional and off-limits to guests.
Other things to note
It is an amazing little house sitting in a "bowl," mostly surrounded by woods and hills. The topography is hilly. The driveway is gravel, hilly, bumpy, and not plowed in the winter. It's wild and wonderful in West Virginia!
Cut firewood, S'mores maker,and hotdog/marshmallow sticks are all provided for outdoor firepit
Though there are ground-level doors, Initial access, the master bedroom, and inside lower levels all require steps.
Loft bedrooms should be limited to physically able adults and children.
