Brand new custom tiny home on private wooded lot- 15 min from Jay Peak, 15 min from Canadian border crossing, steps to Big Falls State Park! All amenities in a small package. 2 bedrooms- 1 with Queen and loft with Double bed, pull-out loveseat, full kitchen with mini appliances, bathroom with shower, washer/ dryer. Pets allowed for fee. Fire pit, walking distance to waterfall view and swimming hole.Guests have access to the entire home and property, including outdoor areas. There are free parking spots in the sloped gravel driveway. Property is accessed through key in lockbox at the back door.
