Always Book When In The Area
Tent
We stayed at The Farm our first night in the area. The second night we ended up leaving and going to the Asheville area. So when on the third night we ended up back in the Gatlinburg area it was a no brainer for us to book our stay at The Farm again. William is great and makes sue you habe all of the information you need via text and then leaves you alone which is what we were looking for. Will definitely always book when in the area.

Great Place to Stay
Tent
William was great he provided detailed instructions on how to get to site. Checked in via app to greet us and other then that left us alone, which is what we were looking for out of a host. Site was private and we had a great time.

Super quiet!

70 acres to ourselves! Super easy. Crossing the little creek was not a big deal. Just increased the fun. Super quiet and beautiful. Will be back!

What an amazing property! Very easy to access and was exactly what I was looking for. The views were incredible and the proximity to the Smokey Mountains was great!

William was a very hands off host, little to no direction was given and no welcome. Campsite was clean and the property is beautiful. Got woken up at 4 am from a side by side driving past our tent which was unpleasant to say the least. All in all, it was pretty isolated and a good stay. Also, William might camp at the top of the hill overlooking your campsite.
