Cradle Mountain Fishery and Camping
The water available was not potable and needed to be boiled. There were three demountable toilets which were used frequently. The entrance to the camp is unsightly and messy, although the area around the dam was pleasant enough. There were a lot of campers.

Very hospitable host, great spot!!
Only 10 mins drive outside Cradle mountain - so accessible.
Platypus in the dam, little canoes & paddle boats for a great evening wind-down fun.
The cleanest camp-site toilets I’ve ever seen!!

What a spot! Super easy check-in and check-out. Scott was helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and ready to use. Great place to set up camp after hiking on the mountain. Keep an eye out for the pademelons at night by the dam!
