Nestled among cathedral high maple trees, this is an ultimate nature space. Our unique geodesic dome provides an upscale camping experience with all the amenities of a hotel. Enjoy a bit of solitude or celebrate a special occasion with a loved one. Sit by the fire while listening to the trees sway back and forth next to this geodesic dome. Sleep under the star filled sky or bask in the sunlight coming through the clear rooftop.This unique geodesic dome is expansive - an open air concept with a built in loft set in a forest with cathedral tall maple trees amongst a forest. Linens and towels provided and some toiletries. There is a shower with hot water and a fully equipped kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. Outside you will find a BBQ grill and fire pit with seating. There is an outhouse steps away from the dome. Only minutes to downtown Orillia, Lake Couchiching, Lake Simcoe and Horseshoe Valley. Follow us on IG @wildmapleacres You can access the surrounding forest and trails within the marked boundaries. You can park your vehicle beside the dome however the trails are not maintained. Alternatively, you can park near the main properties. A $500 Security Deposit will be held during the duration of your stay and refunded upon checkout. It may take 1-3 business days to remove hold depending on which institution you bank with.

Peaceful getaway

The dome is very spacious and well laid out. Just beautiful inside and out. You can tell the owners take pride in sharing this space. It's quiet and tucked privately in the woods. My sister and I wanted a weekend to unplug and relax in solitude and nature. Exactly what we got. Very comfortable. Very clean . Close enough to town to get supplies or firewood. Close to a nice trail system. It was perfect and we will definitely go back:)

Cozy comfort

Our stay in the dome nestled in the forest was an absolute dream! We had such a relaxing and peaceful experience. The location was perfect—completely surrounded by nature, allowing us to fully unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The dome itself was cozy, beautifully designed, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and simple. We arrived and were able to settle in right away, with clear instructions provided beforehand, which made everything effortless. Waking up to the calming sounds of the forest—rustling leaves and the wind gently moving through the trees—was so refreshing. We spent our days exploring the nearby trails with our dog, who loved every moment of being in the great outdoors. In the evenings, we sat by the fire, enjoyed each other's company, and just soaked in the tranquility of the forest. The check-out was just as easy, allowing us to enjoy every last moment without any stress. The entire experience was the perfect balance of relaxation and outdoor fun. I highly recommend this unique getaway to anyone looking to escape into nature with their loved ones. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect little getaway

Group trip

What a great little spot! It has everything you need. It's super cozy and very clean. We stayed with 2 couples and we all had a great sleep and stay. The host was always quick to respond and help out. We really enjoyed our experience and definitely keeping it on our list to do again! Thank you Wild Maple 🍁
