Off-lead friendly
Pets can be off-lead at some pitches.
PLEASE NOTE: The she shed is winterized 2nd week in November until last frost (March or April) and able to turn it on without freezing. You may camp if there is no snow, but there will NOT be a toilet and sink. There is a frost free hydrant for water only. The property spans 4 acres of open fields with wooded hedgerow areas. It offers various open spaces for camping, along with flat areas suitable for tents or hammocks. A "she shed" is available, equipped with electricity, fresh cold water, a toilet, and a sink. Additionally, there's a flat area suitable for a small camper or pop-up. Two fire pits and a charcoal grill are provided, along with picnic tables. You'll be treated to amazing views, with the possibility of spotting eagles flying up from the Chenango River to circle the fields for food, including juvenile eagles learning to fly. Conveniently located just 3 miles from town, where you'll find an incredible farmers market, ice cream shop, restaurants, and entertainment options like music and arts and crafts. The area also offers opportunities for fishing, kayaking, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing with a book while enjoying the breathtaking views. There are many areas to stay on mowed grass with access to the "She Shed" fire pit, and charcoal grill.

We had a great experience on Julie’s land. The site is private enough but close to the common area (she shed and fire pit) to be really convenient. The shed with a standard toilet and sink is a big plus, it’s very nice. She had yard games available (cornhole etc) which is cool…we only stayed one night so didn’t get around to that. Julie had a fire in the big fire pit so we joined her and a friend and didn’t bother having one at our site (but there was a nice fire ring at the site.) she had firewood available for a donation. She brought a picnic table over when we were setting up…what service! 😊 The views are gorgeous, mountain farmland. Sunset and then in the morning fog laying in the valley. It’s dark enough for stargazing but she has some solar lights here and there so you can safely/easily walk around at night without a flashlight. The entire property is not far from a road with local neighborhood traffic (paved country road) so we heard some cars but not bad. Overall an easy and comfortable hipcamp stay. Julie is a friendly and helpful host. It was a pleasure to spend the evening by the fire on her land.

We parked in front of the She shed because of rain. Million dollar view. Nice host. Lots of firewood.

Lovely property
My partner and I loved our stay on Julie's land. You can tell how much love and thought was put into it. The views are amazing, even better than the photos. We loved the upper ravine site to pull our suburban right into the shade. The she-shed is lovely; perfect for extra amenities. There is a little creek to explore, and TONS of birds to watch. Julie was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She did her best to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I highly recommend her to any future campers.
