Property borders state land and the Shore to Shore equine trail is a half mile to the north, Bear Lake access is a half mile to the south, surrounded by ORV trails with a main ORV lot/trailhead a few miles away.Site has hookups and cement slab for RV, space for a couple tents. There is a large fire pit and picnic table by the main house a couple hundred feet away.
