Depending on the time of year, many beautiful wildflowers. Deer, rabbits, Partridge, geese, ducks, blue heron, and the occasional eagle frequent the property. Certain times of year you may even see a bear or two. there are beavers in the creek and rough grouse drumming can be heard at certain times of year.Park your RV in this spot surrounded by beautiful forest. A sheltered picnic table, non-potable water, and a fire pit are available at the site. Offering you complete privacy. no bathrooms or showers are available at this site at this time. self-contained units only. Pack it in, pack it out. Feel free to walk the property and enjoy the wildflowers and animals. Make sure you carry bear spray. Seriously. Black bears are in the area. Easy to get to; Well cared for site
28 ft travel trailer
It’s obvious the time and care that Ben and Linda put into this site as soon as you pull in. Ben put up an extra large hipcamp sign to be sure we didn’t miss the turn, which he took with him after greeting us at check in. This site offers the chance to be in nature and despite its close proximity to the gravel road, few people were passing by even on a weekend. You have plenty of options to park to make the site your own, too — back between the trees near the blue water spigot, under the RV cover, or on the other gravel area like we did so the picnic tables could remain under cover. This gave us more space and we easily ran water to the trailer from the secondary water connection near the RV cover — which also had a live hose for ease of washing stuff off if needed! Even pinecones on the gravel area were hard to come by despite being surrounded by trees, and the lawn area was well manicured. Our dogs were thrilled to romp around and play (perfect length for tossing a ball) and we got the chance to unplug with no cell service and just relax next to a fire. The pinpoint on google maps was very accurate too, further showing the care they put into everything. Lots of convenience for a pack it in pack it out site and lots of privacy — we’ll definitely be back!!!
