Magical A-Frame Wooden Cabin nestled in woodland, surrounded by trees with a stream running by. The cabin is a relaxing haven for both adults looking for a romantic getaway or families with children looking for adventure. The woodland offers tranquility and nature for adults and a playground with play area for children. I lit has the luxury of all modern amenities. The Cabin is accessed down a winding trail, which means it is only suitable for those who are able bodied. It is approximately 200m from the car parking area, therefore you must be able to carry your luggage. It is downhill to access the cabin, which means the walk back up to the car parking area is steep. This is what makes the cabin unique because once in the woodland it is just peace and tranquility. The stairs within the cabin as shown are steep but accessible for both adults and children (we lived in the cabin with our children for one year whilst renovating our home and they were 5 and 3 and managed the stairs independently. The area of great for walking, hiking and mountain biking.Magical A-Frame Wooden Cabin nestled in woodland, surrounded by trees with a stream running by. It is a quaint village with a stream running through. It is within the the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and along the Lyke Wake Walk. The area is well known for good walking, cycling routes both on and off road. The village is 1 mile away, therefore can be walked or driven by car. There are two pubs serving food and drinks, both child and dog friendly. One has slides for the children. There is also a play area in the centre of the village with a small bike track, slide, swings. There is a cafe called The Rusty Bike serving and a village store which also has a small cafe inside. The popular village of Osmotherely is a 5 minute drive away, with Cod Beck Reservoir on the way, which is great for walking. The market towns of Northallerton and Stokesley are between 10-20 minute drive away and there are bus links from the village to both. Further afield cities of York and Durham are approximately 1 hour drive away. There is plenty to do in the local area if you want to venture out of the cabin, however we think you’ll want to stay in the tranquil setting!
