Private sites

Private, secluded RV site with 30 or 50 amp service, water, sewer. Fire pit, picnic table. Walking trails. Woods with lots of wildlife and springs. We also have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with complete kitchen, outdoor grill, fireplace and wrap-a-round porch. We are located close to Fairfield Bay ATV trails, Little Red and White rivers, Mountain View, and Blanchard Springs. Skip the crowded RV parks for peaceful relaxation !
This spot is a great place to get away from it all to relax and recharge. It was a primo spot to enjoy the total solar eclipse. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Having full hookups was a bonus. We’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
Great private location for a group of several families. Water available about 200 yards from the site. Regina is very attentive and helpful host and will help you out with whatever you need. She provided plenty of firewood and a garbage can on site which was very handy. Fire pit and picking table were great. They have 55 acres and quite a few marked trails for excursions with kiddos down to a stream and pond.
Great site in a beautiful area. Regina and Steve were great and accommodating hosts. Their property is beautiful. The site was easy to access and had everything I needed. Very peaceful and quiet area with trails to walk and places to explore.
The gravel road to the property was well maintained and there were no ruts; the RV site was reachable via two entry points and easy to back into.
The site itself is located on 35 acres of land- pretty much all of it is accessible. The hookups were easy to utilize (and included a security light); there was plenty of space for both our slide-out and the awning. The site itself was flat and required minimal leveling.
Regina and Steve were great and neighborly hosts; they even supplied us with a map of their property. There is an abundance of flat grassy areas, as well as defined paths through the wooded areas.
An A+ experience- we will definitely stay there again. It's a bargain at twice the price.
