~all sites offer partial trees/ level fields
~access to water spigot - for drinking water and washing up back at your site

~micro general store for sundries
~ATV use allowed with prior approval - miles and miles of backroads and trails to enjoy - "meadowcreek" over yonder and down road also
~ visitation at adjoining Ozark Valley Bison Farm - with prior arrangement

~Host on site to greet and give you lay of land -multi generations resident
