We have several different properties to choose from. The largest one is approximately 30 acres and you would have access to all properties. 2 of them are rural and one is in town. The one in town has a hookup, water and black/gray tank clean out. It is close local restaurants, Walmart etc. Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale and Fayetteville are only a short 30 minute drive. Tulsa, Oklahoma is only 1.5 hrs away. The only 2 properties are open pastures with access to wooded areas. The area is filled with an abundance of deer, birds, squirrels, etc. Great fishing nearby in Swepco lake, swimming in a local creek, biking etc. We also offer some special sight seeing if some unique animals. So much to do if you want to stay busy or just relax in a rural setting.This property has a living quarters horse trailer. It has a queen bed in the nose area and 2 bunk beds. Very small dining table, kitchen sink, refrigerator, microwave, shower, toilet, heat and air. While this trailer is a great place to sleep, we do not recommend planning on spending a lot of time in this unit, it is very small. We do not allow pets or smoking. This property is also available to park an rv with a hookup, water available, and sewer clean out available. We also have a generator available for an additional fee. Fire pit available, above ground pool, grill and 15 acres to enjoy. This property is in town and very convenient to restaurants, shopping etc.
