We are located approximately 3 miles from Clun in Shropshire and 4 miles from Knighton Powys. Our property is in a rural farming community. There are beautiful views from the camping field and dark skies give star gazers a treat. Plenty of walks here with Offa’s Dyke path nearby. There is a railway station in Craven Arms and in Knighton. Clun, Bishops Castle, Craven Arms Shrewsbury, Knighton and Ludlow are all within an hour away. We are a good place to stay if you are attending any of the events at Ludlow Castle this summer or The Green Man festival in Clun on the May Day bank holiday weekend.

A fantastic place to camp. The facilities were great the welcome was lovely and the views amazing. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. Linda and hubby were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The facilities were clean and modern. The directions were clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed the fire pit and listening to the owls late into the evening. Will recommend to anyone looking to visit the area, and the eggs were delicious too.

We stayed in Stag Lodge.
Delighted with our accommodation. It was comfortable, stylish, and had every facility. A wonderful hot tub.
Helen was a great host, e mailing a really useful handbook, about the Lodge, & area.
I appreciated the fact that all the essential items like soap, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, teabags etc etc were supplied…! A great base to enjoy visiting an interesting area.

Loved my stay - the view is incredible and worth it for that alone. It was a last minute booking to make the most of the sun but I’ll absolutely be back for a longer stay.
It’s a small field with pitches around the perimeter, and as a solo camper I felt extremely safe.
James was lovely too!
