The well-equipped pod comes with a range of excellent facilities to suit all your needs. A kitchen area comes with a range of appliances including an oven, hobs, microwave, toaster and kettle. You can relax on the comfy corner sofa and there is a solid oak bar with stools. A comfortable double bed is the perfect place to rest your head at night. The en suite bathroom has a hot shower, basin, flushing toilet and a warm towel rail. Inside the pod there is electrical lights and a flat-screen TV.
Outside you can relax in the hot tub (available April - October) with a glass of wine whilst admiring the breathtaking views. A lovely terrace area also comes with seating. A BBQ is provided and a wooden fence encircles the pod to create a private and peaceful space. Opposite is an enclosed duck pond which is home to a range of ducks, as well as the occasional water-dwelling bird.

Takes tents, motorhomes, camper vans, trailer tents etc.
Dishwashing facilities a bonus with hot water on tap.
Calves in field are a real treat for inquisitive children just keep dogs on a lead as they'll come right up to your tent if you let them.. moo moo.
Beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic and super dark at night so you can see way back in time.
Will definitely be going back as soon as we can.
Get weather now app as it's really accurate for the Cornish weather which can be changeable in September and gives a good radar picture of clouds and rain etc.
The hosts are really friendly and accommodating, fire pits available to toast your marshmallows and dry your socks
Only a short walk from a little fishing village with working shingle harbour "beach".
10 mins by car from Kennack Sands (sandy) beach.
Seems good for surfing on windier days and family fun when it's a bit calmer. Plenty of rock pools, a cafe and a kiosk. Parking isnt too expensive either.
There are also a few other coves and beaches around the lizard peninsula worth exploring.
Fishing is good from the safer rocks and there's a tackle and bait shop in lizard.
Almost forgot, there's a hot food van on site if you can't be bothered cooking breakfast.

10/10 experience, this campsite is in a perfect spot so it’s near very cool sights to see. This campsite offers great facilities and clean showers. I would recommend this place for anyone going near St Agnes.

I had a really good stay at this campsite. Will and Catherine were welcoming and helpful. They offered fire pits, wood, eggs, and milk if needed, which was a nice bonus.
The compost loos were clean and well-stocked. The pitches were spacious and had great views over the water. There was also a catering van on site with tasty food and friendly service.
Overall, it was a relaxed and well-run site. I’d definitely recommend it.

We had such a wonderful two-night stay at Elm Farm with two friends and our two dogs. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short drive to lots of beautiful beaches, with Porthtowan being a real highlight for us as it brought back childhood memories of visiting.
The facilities at Elm Farm were excellent and made our stay really comfortable. The hosts were so welcoming and attentive, and they went out of their way to give us loads of great recommendations for places to explore nearby.
One of the best surprises was discovering their café on the bike hire side, the food was absolutely amazing and not to be missed!
We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We’d definitely recommend Elm Farm to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a fantastic location, and we’ll certainly be returning.

Lovely site, great amenities that were also eco friendly, river is right there for a swim or kayak and the morning views were beautiful. We were the only campers so it was super quiet but Jonathan was close by if we had any issues. Would have loved to have stayed longer!

Great location and the facilities are outstanding. Will and Catherine are great hosts and really go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay. I have camped all over England and this is one of best places to stay. If I lived closer I would be there every week🙂

Really easy site to find - nice flat field - great clean loos and showers - kettle, fridge and toaster in communal area - fab cafe just over the road - best chicken shawarma I’ve ever had - fabulous ice cream, goes without saying - lovely coast walks right on the door step 💕

We loved the open, spacious and quiet camping spots at Goren Farm. The showers were hot and the toilets, communal fridge and sink were clean. We went to the farm shop and cafe on our last day and had scrumptious food. Cheese scone with extra cheese and brie panini. Yum! We are going to come back to camp again and definitely for the Goren Children's festival next year! We went to Tukers Arms on the recommendation of another review and loved it. Also the Beer Light Railway is worth a visit. :D

We stayed here for a week, Will & Cathy couldn’t be more helpful and the site is beautifully located. We had a stunning view over the sea and were placed next to ours friends. The composting toilets are cleaned regularly and don’t smell at all, we loved what Will & Cathy are aiming to achieve for the environment. The food shack “coastal cravings” sells delicious and reasonably priced meals, they also will freeze ice packs and charge phones etc. Highlight is the Cadgwith Beach bbq and the cows that wander around the fields and come over to say hello 🤩…

Fantastic campsite with superb views and the friendliest and most helpful owners. We had a wonderful stay at the site and there is so much to do in the surrounding area. The beach BBQ and sea shanties in Cadgwith are a must.

I can’t rate the site and owner Kate high enough. Plenty of hot water, clean amenities on a great site close to coast path, stunning beaches, pubs etc. There is a wealth of information provided for campers and someone on hand to offer advice or support. We will back very soon. Thank you 🥰

What a beautiful spot. Very relaxed, child friendly and fun. They’ve created the perfect balance between being in nature and having the mod cons that make camping easy - like hot showers and a kettle. We’ll definitely be back.
