Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home in nature — including real toilets, showers, and kitchen.
Enjoy the sounds of nature and privacy when you stay in this cute and cozy modern boho camper on our 9+ acre property. The site is near a wetland and has birds and frogs. Power and A/C make this camper comfortable and features an indoor toilet. There is an outdoor shower too! This new camper for two is located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont only one mile from the Canadian border and 1/2 mile to our 6+ mile bike path and Lake Memphremagog boat launch. Relax in a hammock, have a campfire in the Solo stove, enjoy a meal in our screen tent, and bring your bicycle and/or kayak, paddleboard, or canoe to enjoy the beautiful lake with views of Jay Peak. We do have E-bikes and helmets available for rent for an additional fee.Bring your bike or rent ours for an additional fee and enjoy the beauty of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. We are 1 mile from Canada and 1/2 mile to a small boat launch on Lake Memphremagog and 1/2 mile to the 6+ mile gravel bike path. You can access Memphremagog Trails via the bike path and enjoy mountain biking just miles down the road. If you want to travel further, Kingdom Trails is located 30 miles from the camp. We have great boating on Lake Memphremagog (which is an international lake) and the majority of the lake is in Canada. We have the most beautiful sunsets from the west! We believe in the importance and value of renewable energy and our house is net zero and features 39 solar panels that heat and cool our home and the camper is off grid and works off of 4 solar panels and a battery.

Cozy Camper!
The stay was lovely! The camper is so cozy and quiet, the setup and layout of the sight was thoughtful. It’s a perfect spot for a solo camper or couple.

My stay at the traveling tulip was perfect for a couple days! It was extremely clean and cozy with nice little touches. The bed was amazingly comfortable and it was an absolutely peaceful spot on their property! Holly and her husband were extremely responsive with communication and getting me settled in. I'd definitely stay again if in the area!
