To get there you need to be in Manitoba, 2nd road east, of Hwy #229 (south side) The lane looks like your going down a bush trail (do not let this fool you). This site is on a ridge surrounded with spruce trees, oaks. and poplars. You will find a fire pit, out door shower. out door kitchen, out house and access to a generator. There also is a extra camper if you do not want to sleep in a tentCamp in a well-treed area, with plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities!
This site is perfect for tent camping as well as trailer/RV camping for vehicles up to 25 feet. RVs can expect a pull-in site that will require some leveling. There is only 1 site available so you will have ample privacy. There is a huge fire pit with free firewood. Pets are welcome! There is an outhouse on-site. There is a homestead cabin on the property,
Only a 10 min drive to the lake. Grocery stores and restaurants are within minutes of the campsite.

Swamp Palace was the perfect, secluded get away from loud, noisy, busy campgrounds. Being away from bright lights provided amazing views of the starry night sky. Richard is a generous host who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
