We offer a flat, grassy surface surrounded by trees for parking your RV or Trailer of up to 40 ft (12.2m). 15 amps electricity and water hook-up available to most sites. About the Property We have a beautiful piece of land located around Lac Brome with gorgeous lake views accessed by a public beach close by. We have a pontoon boat and would be happy to offer you a pontoon tour of Lac Brome during your stay with us. About the Listing We can accommodate up to 3 RVs at once, with up to 4 adults per site. All of the sites are pull-through, flat, and can accommodate up to 40ft RVs. Please note as we do not have washroom facilities, your RV or Trailer must be self-contained. We can offer garbage removal (compost, recycling, and garbage) for your stay with us. We also welcome any pet travelling with you but please keep them on leash as we have two adorable cats we do not want to scare. The town of Brome Lake is the home of the Three Pines Village from the notorious Louise Penny books série. Come and enjoy the Louise Penny Tour. Additional Details: - If there is not a fire ban in effect, we have a beautiful fire pit that you can enjoy.

We have put a lot of time to upkeep our trails so you can explore them during your stay with us. Other campers have been lucky enough to see moose and deer during their stay with us. About the listings:Each listing is completely private from the next, and we can accommodate tents, RVs, trailers, and camper vans. The listings do not have toilets, so we recommend bringing a camping toilet with you if you do not have a self-contained vehicle. Pets are welcome. The trail system is perfect for easy hikes and short excursions to the creek, or nearby field. Boat rentals are available in Fitchbay, 5 min away. Bike and hiking trails as well as many more activities in the vicinity. *****Please note there are no facilities on site! Our policies clearly outline, one vehicle, and 4 persons. Do not show up with 2 or more vehicles with half a dozen people****** Please leave the site EXACTLY the way you left it. This also includes taking the trash you created with you****** If this doesn't sound like something you can do. Part of the land is designated as a national healing forest for indigenous people - the only such forest in Quebec. INDIGENOUS CAMPING IS ENCOURAGED AT NO CHARGE. About the Property: We have a one-acre pond that you can bob around in or take out a canoe to paddle in. At night, the pond has a group of frogs that provide a symphony of music with crickets as their background singers. We allow campfires at night - please be fire safe. Fitch Bay is only a 5-minute drive and there are pontoon rides available. We have breathtaking views all over our property and the history of the land is rich. We even have a covered bridge for you to explore. About the Listing: We only allow for one group of Hipcampers at a time, so you are guaranteed a peaceful and private stay. A flush toilet and shower are provided for you during your stay. Potable water, a picnic table, some basic kitchen amenities, and garbage bins are provided.
