Your dogs or other small pets are permitted in the camping areas only as our herd is terrified of dogs. There is another large area (about 5 acres) where well-behaved dogs can run off leash.
We have one RV site with septic, water and 50 Amp power and can fit a 40 foot unit and 2 totally private tent sites. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay.

We are located 2km from Harald Provincial Pk. and the world renowned Margaret Falls. Our nearest town for services, Salmon Arm, is 25km away, and is host to the annual Roots and Blues Festival. Swimming, hiking, kayaking, wine touring, and weekly farmers markets are a few of the many local activities to enjoy. GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access all parts of the property except for the shop, which is off limits. Also, please remember that there is wildlife in the area. Please do not leave food outside and always keep the cabin door closed so smaller animals will not enter and make it their home.

I am available by phone, text or email anytime. If it is an emergency then please call or text. There are also 2 site managers available upon request for any urgent issues that may arise and for snow removal.

There is a digital deadbolt on the front door. I will message you the code on check-in-day. To unlock the door simply enter the code and wait for the lock to open. You can manually lock the door from the inside. When leaving for the day simply close the door and press the lock symbol and the door will lock.

Enjoy the outdoors at our campsite at Shuswap Lake, where you can bring your own tent or RV. Our property sits just off the main road with a view of the lake and access to the beach and forest. We have two sites that can hold up to four guests each. Pets are welcome. Nearby lakeside attractions include Shuswap Lake Marine Provincial Park and Cinnemousun Narrows Provincial Park
The property has a firepit with provided firewood, and an outhouse. The 2 fully serviced Rv's have running water, power and kitchen & bathroom facilities. Flat parking is available. For those bringing an RV, the pull-in site can accommodate up to 40 feet in length. There are no hookups, and generators are not allowed.

We are privileged to permanently reside on and be the stewards of 7 acres beside Shuswap Lake, Okanagan BC, in the unceded territory of the Sechwepmec peoples. We have been creating a homestead in harmony with nature over the past 11 years. We reside year round in the Post and beam straw bale home that was built in 2000. Our current project is building our “aging in place” hemp lime cottage. Once completed it is our plan to build an in ground greenhouse. GUEST ACCESS
Guests can access all parts of the property except for the shop, which is off limits. Also, please remember that there is wildlife in the area. Please do not leave food outside and always keep the cabin door closed so smaller animals will not enter and make it their home.
GUEST INTERACTION
I am available by phone, text or email anytime. If it is an emergency then please call or text. There are also 2 site managers available upon request for any urgent issues that may arise and for snow removal.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
There is a digital deadbolt on the front door. I will message you the code on check-in-day. To unlock the door simply enter the code and wait for the lock to open. You can manually lock the door from the inside. When leaving for the day simply close the door and press the lock symbol and the door will lock.

Wonderful first time Hipcamp experience. I was solo camping at the Cow Pasture View site, and loved interacting with all the animals roaming around. The forest bunkie was a perfect mix between hotel and camping. AC, electricity and sophisticated security all inside a beautiful cabin with bunk beds, custom wood furniture and a mini wood stove. It smelled amazing, just like the woodsy forest that surrounded it. Also, showers, toilets and laundry super close by.
Lastly and best of all, they welcomed my doggie with treats, poop bags and dishware !
I wish could have stayed longer!

We loved this stay! We were in the Mountain View camp spot, and it was flat and private with gorgeous views of the mountains. We loved wandering the property and seeing the horses, goats, cows, chickens and ducks. There is also the most peaceful little creek that you can sit next to. The best part is that we forgot to bring potatoes for our camp dinner, and there was a potato patch on site and we got to go out with Heather and pick our own potatoes. It was so great! This is a gem of a spot, and you won’t be disappointed.

The best camping near Revelstoke guide
When to go
July through early October are the best months for a Revelstoke camping adventure. Snow can linger in the mountains through June and can start again in October. The Meadows in the Sky Parkway in Mount Revelstoke National Park is usually open from June into October, although the summit area has a shorter season – generally mid-July through September. Revelstoke is busiest in July-August and during the winter, when you can ski from late November into April.
Know before you go
- Keep your gas tank topped up when you’re driving through this BC region. There are no gas stations or other services on Highway 1 between Revelstoke and the town of Golden, 150 kilometres to the east on the other side of Glacier National Park.
- If you’re traveling east toward Revelstoke from Vancouver, the city of Kamloops, along Highway 1, is a good place to stop for supplies, with big box stores, gear sellers, and local shops.
- Revelstoke itself has several outdoor gear shops, grocery stores, and several fun cafes, where you can pick up coffee, baked goods, sandwiches, and other snacks.
