"The Riverbank" is only 7.5 kilometres and an easy 8 minute drive off the M1. The rich green land supports a small beef raising enterprise and the cattle graze in surrounding paddocks. We are pet friendly however only for those pets that live in harmony with our farm animals. We offer 2 powered sites with water hookup and 2 unpowered drive through sites without water connection; our brand new magnificently appointed camp kitchen and bathroom ammenities are available to all who stay. We are caravan, campervan and motorhome friendly but do not offer swag only or tent sites. Campfires can be enjoyed through the cooler months and when permitted by the Rural Fire Service Unfortunately our 3 metre cliff face river frontage prevents access to the river for activities such as boating or kayaking; nor do we offer farm style adventures. "The Riverbank" as a destination for a relaxing time to unwind or a base from which to explore the beautiful Hastings area. The Abundance Nursery and Cafe with it's splendid lily pond view is a great spot to enjoy a meal or a coffee and only 3 kms back along Rawdon Island road. The pretty country town of Wauchope is only a 12 minute drive and is home to Timbertown, a theme park boasting steam train rides and a glimpse of the timber getting industry of a bygone era. Drop into the Vibe Coffee House, pick up "the best" coffee and a sensational meal before perusing the many treasures of Wauchope's specialty shops. A day trip to the Comboyne plateu is a rewarding experience and enhanced by enjoying a meal at the magnificant Byabarra Cafe on your way through. Whilst the meals equall those of any capital city restaurant, the view of the valley will take your breath away. And then; there's Port Macquarie (20 mins) and sorrounds! one of the most scenic and attraction packed areas of Australia's eastern seaboard. Stunning beaches, amazing walks, top class restaurants, the list goes on. The nearest Dump Points are locacted in Wauchope (12 minutes) or Port Macquarie (20 minutes)

All campsites are large waterfront sites, with easy vehicle access. There is an undercover camp kitchen for site 1 with Gas or fire BBQ, good drinking water, 12v lighting and 12v power outlet. Peaceful enjoyment and low impact on other campers is our theme. If you want to party or make noise, then please book somewhere else! WE ONLY ALLOW Camper trailers, Caravans or Motorhomes. We have no toilets, you will need to be self contained. Dump points are at Wauchope and Port Mac. Your friendly dog is welcome, don't bring other dogs thanks! The last 3 klm of road to the farm is a council maintained gravel road usually in good condition. ** PLEASE ARRIVE BEFORE SUNSET ** Additional vehicle by arrangement only. Cameron's Falls is a historic site, the 'falls', really just gentle rapids, are the original river crossing site for horse drawn vehicles to travel from Port Macquarie/Wauchope inland to Beechwood and beyond. Today we are a hobby farm with cows, horses - we invite you to say hello, but please don't feed any of the animals. If we are here to greet you on arrival you can fill up with potable rain water at our cottage. The Hastings is still tidal at our place so the access and flow varies throughout the day - we generally take our littlest kids down at low tide. Swim, fish or explore our hiking trails though the old growth riparian vegetation along winding creeks. If you are into birds you will see plenty here - in the last 12 months we have counted nearly 100 different species on our property!

Being elevated over 600 feet above the surrounding land the property boasts the best views of the area, we can see as far as the great lakes to the south including Forster -Tuncurry, then Hallidays point, Crowdy head and Laureton to the north. Located just off the Pacific highway, 3 hours drive north of Sydney and just under an hours drive South of Port Macquarie, access is very straight forward and we can accommodate some of the largest set ups. Enjoy nature while you’re having a shower in the cutest Bush / Bali style shower! The camping area is private, quiet, relaxing and free from large crowds. You can relax by the spring fed dam and look for Coy fish, lay under the trees and do a spot of bird and koala watching or go for a bush walk in the many surrounding trails. Dogs - We are happy for you to bring your fury friends (as long as they are supervised, dog and child friendly, well behaved and non destructive in nature) Please be mindful that the fencing is not dog safe. Children - Please be mindful that although the dam is gated and fenced, it is not child proof fencing! We wish to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the Worimi, Gringai and Biripi people the custodians, spiritual and cultural owners of these lands on which the Gloucester River runs. River Front Campsites is a picturesque camping area on the eastern edge of the Barrington Tops National Park (Gloucester Tops) and nestled on the banks of the crystal clear Gloucester River. A great spot for families and groups of all ages who love wide open natural spaces. A place to relax and enjoy the amazing mountain scenery, fabulous sunsets and bird life local to the area, from Wedge-tailed Eagles, Blue Wrens, an array of Parrots, along with other wildlife that graze the land. If you want to indulge in the natural wonders of the area, there are numerous walking trails in the nearby Gloucester Tops National Park, swim in the crystal clear water of the Gloucester River. Do some Bird watching. Other things to do around the area, Gloucester Farmers Market (monthly), Local Wineries, Cafes, Art Gallery and Museum. We are an active beef cattle farm. We run approximately 80 head of cattle. You will see our herd of cattle across the paddocks, which includes pregnant cows, younger cows, calves, and Brutus our bull. We also have 3 horses that love a pat, carrots and apples. We will endeavor to run our cattle outside of the paddocks containing the campsites. For this reason, we ONLY allow dogs to stay if they remain on a lead or are well controlled. There are 6 sites to choose from beside the flowing river to set up your campsite, with shady areas, spacious grassy areas for the kids to run around or just relax and enjoy the surroundings. All of our campsites are perfect for having a campfire (fire season dependent). NO rubbish can be burnt in any campfires at all. Each Site will have a fire pit. BYO wood. These are sites only and NO toilet or shower facilities are provided, or freshwater. You will need to bring your own camping toilet or self contained caravan/ camper. (There are dump points located in Gloucester and Stroud townships, both approximately 40 min away). Access to River Front Campsites is partially by 12kms of gravel council managed road with 6 water crossings. Campsites are easily accessible by 4WD and 2WD vehicles. (Weather conditions permitting) Flood detour road available if needed. There is no rubbish collection on the campsites. You will be required to take all rubbish off the property when you leave. THERE IS NO MOBILE RECEPTION. We look forward to you visiting our farm!

There are only 2 sites available with power which is included in the site price. Check out our discount for single travelers and extras like eggs and firewood. No drones in the camping area, for the privacy of other campers 5. Generators are allowed for short period of time but not permitted after 8pm. 6. We have campsites right on the river for kayaking and swimming enthusiasts and for those who choose to relax and just take in the stunning surrounds. We welcome your furry family members as long as they are on leashes. Oxley Riverside Campsites provides large private spaces for each campsite with a communal covered picnic table and barbecue for the use of all campers. Campfires are permitted outside of fire ban season, and there is a dedicated firepit on each site. We look forward to welcoming you!

Welcome to Wild Hope Farm! We are located at Grants Beach, minutes from the beautiful Bonny Hills and 25 minutes south of Port Macquarie. So close to the surrounding towns yet so secluded. We have lots of resident kangaroos, wallabies and birdlife, we consider our parcel of land a very unique place where you can relax and ground yourself in nature. Our property is 177 acres with 17 acres of green open pasture for you to find your own patch and plenty of sunshine for your solar needs. We also have exclusive access to Queens Lake with a lovely trail you can walk and a peaceful place to kayak or fish. Grants Beach access is across the road from our driveway where you can go swimming, surfing, fishing and even 4WD along the beach. We welcome you to find a spot that feels comfortable for you to set up your camp. All campers must be self-contained as we do not have facilities for power, water, or rubbish removal, so we ask that you please take it with you. Due to the bush fire danger period from 1st October - 31st March, we are not able to allow campfires as we do not have firefighting facilities, or a source of water close by. Pets are welcome; however, they must be strictly kept on a lead as we do not have any fences at this stage, and there is a koala sanctuary adjoining our property. We invite you to come and join us on our journey as our farm grows and takes shape!

Centrally located between Sydney and Brisbane (Just 2 minutes off the Pacific Hwy), 10 minutes South of Kempsey Service Centre, and 18 minutes North of Port Macquarie Service Centre. The camping area is level and open, with plenty of space for your setup. All campers must be self-contained, with their own toilet, and we kindly ask you to take all waste when you go. Pets are welcome too. We have spent many years building the camp area in order to enable access so that we can share with you, what we are lucky to wake up to each day. This property and our camping offering is a work in progress, any feedback/suggestions (be they positive or negative) we would love to hear from you when you stay with us. Every sunrise and every sunset is different and makes for a new chapter each and every day.
