Golden Lake Campground

Golden Lake is a quick 15 miles away from Iron River, and it’s the perfect place to roll up with your RV, trailer, or tent. Every site has all of the fixins for a good time, including picnic tables. Like many other spots in Michigan, the fishing is great, so we’ll skip over that. What you’ll really love is the opportunity to spot bald eagles, plenty of other birds, itty bitty mammals, and white-tailed deer (okay, so deer are everywhere in these parts, but they’re still so dang adorable.)
