420 friendly Old time farm, with about 50,% open rolling fields 50% woods with trails, a pond and some streams. Wild turkeys, dear and even an occasional bear. We are Located near kerr lake which has over 800 miles of shoreline, for boating, fishing all watersports. The town of Clarkville nearby, that's has some cute shops and restaurants and a brewery on the lake.420 friendly .Pitch your tent in our charming woods, relax in one of our hammocks walk along our pond and take a hike in the rustic woods. Or enjoy a fire by one of our fire pits or take a drive down to Kerr lake for a nice swim or go for the great fishing.  There are some bugs here so dont forget the spray. Please let me know what I can do to improve your stay, it's a work in progress. Please note we are a 420 friendly. We do have potable water if needed, just not directly at the sight.

Classic Pond View
I definitely recommend this spot. A few things to note: * The pond view is sweet if you can get it * Google maps drops you off 4 houses too far. If you reach the blue church on the right, you have gone too far. It is a white mailbox, not a black one. * The owner is super chill * The farm isn't too far from some main roads so there will be ambient noise during the day, fortunately it is a higher speed limit so the noise is fleeting * Typical night noises, birds, fox, and some barking dogs, but even the night noises were chill

We had a nice stay at Ann’s. She was very easy to communicate with and met us to make sure we were comfortable in our spot. We stayed in a pretty field next to her pond.

We had a great time staying at Ann's place! It was tranquil, near Kerr lake and plenty of firewood. We're already talking about visiting again in the future!

Great experience
Had a good time, Anne was an excellent host and the property is great. Shady area with hammocks and picnic table, pond. I don't remember last time I saw so many lightening bugs. Skeeters were not bad at all especially being by the pond I expected them to come for us. If you camp by the pond the frogs are pretty rowdy and much louder than I expected. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area again.

Camping with my pup
Ann was incredibly friendly and her property is quiet, private and comfortable. My dog had a blast running around. I would absolutely camp there again!
