Nomadic camping

Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.

Looking for a peaceful and secluded spot to park up whilst exploring Bruny Island? Set on South Bruny Island, amongst the bush is a hidden away campground. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings with visits from local wildlife. Only a short drive away from local beaches at Lunawanna and Cloudy Bay and only 5 minutes away from Bruny Island Premium Wines. There are many beautiful walks nearby, and plenty of local attractions. The perfect spot from which to explore all that Bruny Island has to offer. The property itself is set on 100 acres, a working hobby farm with friendly hand raised pets. We even have a bush golf course, kept well maintained by the local wildlife. All campers must be 100% self contained. These are remote sites with no connections and there are no toilet facilities available. We have a strict leave no trace policy. Campfires are permitted in a fire box off the ground. The property is pet friendly but not fully fenced so your furry friends would need to be on lead. We have our own dogs on the property, livestock and plenty of wildlife.

Tree top Campsite is located near the entry to our property. Guests will enjoy an acre of cleared sloping land to themselves, which connects to bush and a little loop walking track. This site is suitable for longer towing vehicles, vans and tents. There are no amenities, guest will need to be self contained take waste with them and leave no trace. Fires allowed, but must be in a fire pit. There is only Telstra reception from this area. Note, this site borders our neighbours property with horses and sheep. Pets are allowed, must be on leash at all times.

Eeyores Campsite

Eeyores Campsite is located in a former paddock bordered by bushland. Guests will enjoy an acre of cleared mostly flat land to themselves. This site is suitable for shorter caravans (12ft), vans and tents due to access. Located a short walk from our pet sheep, coos and the bush golf (Clubs and balls available to hire). There are no amenities, guest will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. Fires are allowed but must be in a fire pit (not provided). There is no reception from this site, SOS only. Pets are allowed, must be on leash at all times.

Tree Top Campsite

Neat and tidy with short grass plus an acre of land to ourselves. Great views of the forest and very quiet as it is well off the road. Plenty of wildlife and birds plus 3 horses and a foal visited us over the fence. The land sloped in different directions but we were still able to park our motorhome level.
