expansive facilities
It was in a lovely part of the country but the powered sites are just in a lawn/field and left a little to be desired in terms of getting out into nature. I thought I read in the listing mobile reception was good but it certainly isn’t. Expansive facilities. Bbqs galore and the showers and toilets were good. There were some massive lists of rules around the place that felt quite standoffish which seemed a bit over the top. Qr codes for wifi go to dead links

Best camp site we've stayed at!
Absolutely superb spot. Fantastic all round. Hosts were A+ and very helpful while the site was even better than expected. Lots of room for our big family and nice and close to the river and a top class camp kitchen. We will be staying here again and are recommending it to all of our friends :)

Camping powered site
We loved camping here so much were going to make it an annual trip. We had a powered site close to amenities which were very clean. There is an outside undercover area with plenty of tables and chairs, 3 BBQ's, 2 big fire areas 1 undercover and a big one out under the stars. There is also a boat ramp access from the property as well. We had a very peaceful stay and we were lucky enough the ponies come to visit us at our camp site. Feeding the animals was a stand out for us everyone enjoyed this and once the kids are a bit older it will make good memories in the future. The owners/ workers were very friendly never bothered us at all but were happy to chat if you come across them 😊 We are all looking forward to our next stay
